At UR Outlet, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order
• The product is unused, in original condition, and with original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
• Products without original packaging or tags
• Personal care, hygiene, or intimate items (if applicable)
• Sale or clearance items (unless damaged)

3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact our support team through the Contact Us page with your order number, issue details, and clear images (if applicable).

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions for returning the product.

4. Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed in one of the following ways:

• Replacement of the product
• Store credit for future purchases
• Refund through the original payment method (where applicable)

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be provided as store credit or replacement only. Cash refunds are not offered.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), return shipping costs will be covered by UR Outlet. Otherwise, shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. Policy Updates

UR Outlet reserves the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
